An independent tool for checking Saudi e-invoice data. Not affiliated with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
Check a Saudi e-invoice QR code — privately, in your browser
See what the QR code contains, whether its structure and data are consistent, and whether its signature matches. Free, no account, and your invoice never leaves your device.
A technical check — not an official ZATCA verification.
Built for people who need to trust what they read
Private by design
Files are read in your browser. No upload, no account, no tracking.
Precise, not decorative
Full TLV decoding of tags 1–9, ECDSA signature checks, UBL XML hashing and certificate checks.
Honest about its limits
It never calls an invoice “valid”. You see exactly how far verification went — and what only ZATCA can confirm.
Free to use
No subscription, no ads. The same engine powers this website and the Chrome extension.
How it works
Add your invoice
Upload or drop an image, PDF or XML, paste a screenshot, or paste the QR text.
See what it contains
Seller, VAT number, date, totals — decoded from the QR, with Arabic text handled correctly.
Read the result and its limits
Structure, data consistency and signature are checked separately, and official verification is shown as unavailable.
Everything you need to check invoices
QR from images and PDFs
Screenshots, photos, WhatsApp images and multi-page PDFs — including PDF/A-3 files that carry the signed XML.
XML and signature checks
Recomputes the invoice hash, verifies the signature and certificate, and compares every XML field with the QR.
Batch scanner
Check up to 50 files at once, see per-file results and export them to CSV or Excel.
VAT calculator
Add or extract VAT at 15 % or any rate, with exact arithmetic and clear rounding rules.
Optional private history
Off by default. If you turn it on, it stays on your device and never includes images or documents.
Arabic and English
Full right-to-left support, light and dark themes, and technical details for accountants and developers.
Limits you should know
- A QR with a valid signature can still belong to a forged or unregistered invoice.
- Only ZATCA can confirm that an invoice was received, cleared or reported, and that a certificate is trusted and not revoked.
- For decisions that matter, verify with ZATCA’s official channels: its mobile app and its VAT registration lookup.
